Man caught hiking in the nude in Farmington

A man reportedly enjoyed a hike in the nude in the Forest Service Area above Farmington on Wednesday.

A witness called the Davis County Sheriff to complain that he'd seen a man hiking naked above Farmington.

When deputies arrived on scene and located the man, he was in shorts and flip flops. The man stated that he walks there often and admitted that he is usually in the nude.

The Sheriff's Office reminds residents that it's against the law to use public lands as "your own personal nudist colony."
